Project was the design and build of a new two storey 18 Classroom modular constructed building, along with other associated site works. The programme was phased, with demolition works, refurbishments and the design and build of new modular building on the site.
The project provided for a ‘Basic Skills Academy’ along with the associated external works. The building provided additional teaching space, including IT suites, a staff room, a staff work area and rest room, a kitchen and office space for administration staff within the college. The modular sections for this building were completed off-site at our Coalisland Headquarters and transported to site in Anglesey before installation and finishing.
