Hans Price Academy Resource Base

North Somerset Council appointed Western to deliver a new modular resource base at Hans Price Academy. The project was procured via South West Procurement Alliance (SWPA) framework: Modular Buildings (MB3).

The proposed single storey Resource Base incorporates, 5Nr Resource Rooms ranging from 40m2 to 50m2 (1Nr containing Kitchenette), 4nr Intervention Rooms, offices, entrance lobby, Sensory room, WC’s and plant and circulation areas with a total GIFA of 370m2. Additionally, there is outdoor space incorporating both grass and tarmac.
