In light of the current ongoing coronavirus pandemic and the Government advice on social distancing Western has decided, as of this evening, to temporarily cease production at its manufacturing facilities at Coalisland and cease activity on its various non-essential construction sites across the UK and Ireland.
The health and safety of our staff, families, customers and suppliers is our highest priority and we believe everyone should do everything we can do to minimise the spread of the virus.
Where work on sites deemed as essential is continuing, measures have been put in place to ensure appropriate social distancing and onsite hygiene.
The situation will be kept under ongoing review and we will update as appropriate via our social channels and website.
We look forward to resuming activities when it is safe to do so.
