The works at Luttrelstown CC was completed as part of a three-phase development at the Luttrelstown Education Campus. The overall project saw the construction of two new schools, a new 650 person Post Primary School for Luttrellstown Community College and the construction of a new 16 classroom school for Scoil Choilm. The third part of the project saw the construction of a shared GP Hall was also constructed for the Junior and Senior schools at Scoil Choilm, while a SNU, SET and toilet were added to the existing school. The building consisted of structural steel modular frame, concrete floors and block fair faced walls.
