As thousands of pupils prepare to head back to school this September, schools across the country are getting ready to welcome new learners, support growing communities and provide the spaces children need to learn, grow and thrive.
At Western, we’re proud to have played our part in helping schools meet that challenge.
Over the past year, our teams have delivered:
- 🏗️ 200+ modules manufactured and installed
- 🪑 More than 2,400 pupil places created
- 🤝 Specialist provision, including SEN places, helping schools respond to growing demand
But behind every number is something much more important: a child with a place to learn, a teacher with a space to teach, and a school better equipped to serve its community.
For many schools, creating additional capacity isn’t simply about adding classrooms. It’s about creating environments where every pupil can feel supported, included and able to reach their potential.
Through modular construction, Western helps schools expand their facilities efficiently, creating high-quality learning environments while responding to changing needs. From additional classrooms to specialist SEN provision, every project is designed around the people who will use these spaces every day.
As the new school year begins, we’re proud to see the difference these projects will make — not just in buildings and pupil numbers, but in the opportunities they create.
Because making sure there’s room for every child means making sure every child has the opportunity to learn, develop and thrive.
Here’s to a great new school year. 📚
