At Western, we are dedicated to delivering innovative and energy-efficient structures that set new standards in construction. A prime example of this is our recent collaboration with Kerry County Council on the Modular Office Building at Áras an Chontae, a cutting-edge office facility that sets a new benchmark for sustainability and energy efficiency. This project highlights our commitment to the environment and demonstrates how modular construction can contribute to achieving net-zero energy goals.

This purpose-built, two-storey office space can accommodate between 40 and 48 Kerry County Council employees, including offices and essential welfare facilities, all designed with a focus on long-term sustainability and energy performance.
