This project focused on the construction of a 3 bed, 3.000 sq. Ft. dwelling. Western where responsible for all aspects of the building from civil works, landscaping to internal finishes.
With Western’s in-house capabilities, the following elements were produced by the company for the development:

Timber Frame
Design & Installation of Timber Frame Kit, complete with installation of 150mm Polyurethane Insulation between studding, Plywood lined, 50mm Service void, 35mm Polyurethane and layer of plasterboard.
Glazing
Supply and fit of Windows and doors to new built dwelling.
Windows: White PVC 70mm ‘A’ Rated Windows Triple Glazed 0.8.
Doors: A Peer High Security, Fully Insulated doors with decorative features. White PVC Triple Glazed Sliding Patio.
