Western were contracted by Dublin Council with the ambitious task of building 22 Rapid Delivery Housing Units to help ease the emergency housing crisis that has seen families living in B&Bs and hotel rooms.
The family homes were designed to meet the needs of family units, providing stability and comfort for the families for the duration of their stays. Each of the 3-bedroom homes was built to accommodate 5 people and was built to a high specification and in accordance with all the relevant planning and building regulations.
