The project involved the build of a 3 classroom extension and link corridor at Kilronan School, Magherafelt, Co Derry.
Western were commissioned to design and build an extension and linking corridor for Kilronan School in Magherafelt. Great care and detail was put into the project given the diverse needs of pupils in the school.
There were three classrooms and associated amenities were built by Western to a turnkey standard with internal finishes and fit out complete as part of the contract, with choices of finishes selected by the clients.
The scope of the work included the construction of the extension, that included three new classrooms for the school, plus all associated mechanical and electrical work and siteworks. Wetern handled the architectural and structural engineering design, as well as foul and storm drain design.
