Western Building Systems have signed a contract with the University of Leeds worth £2.5 million to provide new office facilities to the University. The design and build contract, will see a new 2-storey 40 section modular building installed at the Yorkshire campus.
Established in 1904, the University of Leeds currently has 33,500 students enrolled at it, making it one of the biggest in the UK. Western have been tasked with providing new office space for the Facilities Directorate on campus. The 2,100m2 building has been under construction for a number of weeks and will go on-site at the University next week for installation.
